At JAF Aroma (JAF Dream Group), we deliver our products to all parts of India and strive to ensure prompt delivery of your orders. We typically process most orders within 6-7 days, and shipping is carried out through a trusted courier company. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that factors such as traffic and distance between delivery locations may affect delivery time. In the event that we are unable to deliver within the estimated time, we will promptly notify you by phone or email. Please acknowledge the proof of delivery provided upon delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.
We recommend that you place your orders at least 48 hours in advance before major holidays to ensure timely delivery. However, if there is a delay in shipping due to natural calamities or the product being out of stock, we will inform you in advance through your registered email address or mobile number.
Delivery time: 4–7 working days after placing the order.
Please ensure that the postal address mentioned at the time of registration is accurate, and providing a mobile number helps us to facilitate faster delivery. However, we are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from an incorrect address provided at the time of registration.
Please note that JAF Aroma (JAF Dream Group) is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. You will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number to your registered email address once the product has been shipped, allowing you to track your package’s delivery status.
